REMARKS – Members of Audience to President of City Council

Terrance Hand, 623 Chestnut Terrace, thanked Council for their discussion on the Award presentation in Washington DC for the City, and urged Council to repeal the Resolution which would permit the City Clerk not to retain Council meeting tapes.

Mayor Mitman made several comments regarding Mr. Hand’s comments regarding the Award presentation

The minutes are not only incorrect, it hardly reflects what went on during the discussion. Mr Hand did NOT thank Council for their discussion on the award. He thanked Council for NOT DISCUSSING the award.
