WNoisewalks; Well assuming Easton has a tight City budget what sense does it make to fund $60,000 worth of noisewalks accross Cattell Street on College Hill? Even if you factor in a very generous support from Lafayette College at $30,000, of what possible priority are 14 fancy raised thump thump walks for a chosen few?
